The raw material is acacia wood,a kind of hard wood.

The whole line was designed with the following process.

1.DISC WOOD CHIPPER

The disc wood chipper is used to chip wood log into wood chips for easily drying and crushing.

2.NEW MODEL ROTARY DRYER MACHINE

To dry wood chips into ideal temperature,a core part of the whole line,to make sure the raw material can be well crushed.

3.ROTARY SCREENER

As the customer also have sawdust form material mixed with wood chips,so we equipped a set of rotary screener to select the wood chips,the selected wood chips can be transfer to hammer crusher machine to crush into sawdust form then goes to pellet machine together with the wood sawdust.

4.HEAVY DUTY WOOD CHIPS HAMMER CRUSHER MACHINE

Crush wood chips into sawdust form for easily pelletizing.

5.VERTICAL RING DIE ACACIA WOOD PELLET MAKING MACHINE

This line used 2 sets of LGX560 wood pellet machine with a capacity of 1.5t/h,total capacity is 3t/h.
