Στις αρχές του 2018, λάβαμε μια έρευνα από μια βιετναμέζικη πελάτη που είχε ένα εργοστάσιο ακακίας τσιπ επεξεργασίας ξύλου και ήθελε να επενδύσει στο έργο του ξύλου pellet. Μετά από μια σειρά προκαταρκτικών επικοινωνίας, διαπιστώσαμε ότι ο πελάτης αυτός ήταν σοβαρά στο έργο. Για να πιάσει αυτή την ευκαιρία και επίσης το ενδεχόμενο παροχής μια ακριβή λύση, αφού Εαρινό Φεστιβάλ, στείλαμε τους μηχανικούς να επισκεφθεί το εργοστάσιο του πελάτη για να μάθουν την πραγματική κατάσταση.
Our engineers stayed in Quang NInh totally 2 days, learned about customer's raw materials situation and factory layout, which were necessary for the pellet making solution, and further won the customer's trust in SHINDERY. After came back, our tech. department began the 3D solution design based on the information we got from Quang Ninh.
When we submit the final 4.5tph wood chips pellet making line 3D design to customer, he was really shocked as it showed the whole pellet solution clearly and directly in every detail.
In the end, no doubt that SHINDERY won this project. The total line mainly included 3sets of LGX560 model pellet machines, 1 set of DIA2.2m and length 24m rotary dryer and 2 sets of GXP65*100 model biomass hammer crushers.
Shipment was done in June and installation job was finished in July, the complete set of equipment runs smoothly and pellet capacity reaches about 4.5tph.
