In the second quarter of 2017, new models of wood pellet machines carefully developed by Shindery have been fully introduced to the market. New products include 4 models, they are LGX700A, LGX650A, LGX600A and LGX600.

LGX600 model is with 600mm ring die inner diameter and 110/132kw main motor, inherited all the characteristics of original LGX series wood pellet machine, and improved safety factor of main transmission gear box, the maximum torque that the selected main transmission gear box can withstand is three times the output torque of the main motor, which further ensures the stability and durability of pellet machine.

LGX600A, LGX650A and LGX700A models are new generation wood pellet machine with following improved features:

1. With all the characteristics of traditional vertical structure ring die pellet machine.

2. Latest technology, main transmission part adopts TONGLI brand reinforced reducer specially designed & manufactured for wood pellet machine with features of much higher transmission efficiency and excellent durability.

3. Pellet machine’s main shaft is no longer lubricated by grease, but circulating gear oil, reduce main shaft running resistance and temperature rise.

4. Integral precision casting shaft seat and main shaft, then high precision machined.

5. High precision ring die made by 20CrMoTi alloy and then processed by vacuum hardening, ring die inside holes are all polished.

6. Roller shell adopts Shindery patent technology, made by 40Cr alloy, then vacuum hardening, and then by wear resistant coating again, this can highly enlarge roller shell’s service life more than 3 times.

New products are destined to bring new impetus to the biomass pelletizing industry.
