Raw material for making pellet is oak scrap which belongs to a kind of hardwood,required 8mm final pellet with a capacity of 1.5t/h.

The core part of the whole line is one set of LGX560 vertical ring die wood pellet machine.

- Transmission gear box of pellet machine: Boneng / Tongli brand, top quality in China

- Motor brand: Yutong brand, 100% copper core

- Pellet machine mould: 20CrMoTi raw material + vacuum hardening

- Pellet machine rollers: 40Cr raw material + vacuum hardening + wear resistant coating, patent technology

- Pellet machine bearing:  LYC brand, top quality in China

- Electrical components in control panel: CHINT brand, top quality in China

- All bolts are Taiwan made standard 8.8 glass high strength type

- All seal gasket are high temperature and high pressure resistant fluorine rubber type
